Award Qualifying Criteria
To represent the business, the candidate(s) must possess a minimum of 30% local shares
The registered business(es) must be established and operational for no less than a year.
Furthermore, the business(es) must comply with ALL regulations and requirements mandated by the Singapore Government.
Both business(es) and the candidate(s) must maintain a litigation-free status.
It is imperative that the business(es) be duly registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) and possess a legitimate Unique Entity Number (UEN).
