I Design & Build Pte Ltd is a one-stop interior renovation specialist, delivering a spectrum of services from interior design and consultancy to customised carpentry, electrical and plumbing works, furniture manufacturing, and signage production for retail stores. With its in-house carpentry workshop, I Design & Build maintains a stellar quality control and solutions-driven approach which allows for a fast and seamless delivery.
Established by Mr Tan Wee Chin (陈伟君) in 2004, I Design & Build Pte Ltd is a company built on family values, ambition, and a relentless drive for excellence. The idea was simple — start small, dream big, and grow with purpose. What began as a compact start-up faced early obstacles such as a shortage of space, manpower, and funding.
Nevertheless, these were steadily overcome
through careful planning, an unwavering resolve and a consistent pursuit of growth. As Mr Tan recalls, “It was passion and hunger that fueled the journey, and a clear vision to go global, one step at a time.”
Today, I Design & Build boasts a robust team of 95 employees, gaining recognition as a leading one-stop renovation specialist that strategically supports clients across various sectors from F&B outlets, retail malls and offices, to clinics, schools and residential developments. Crucially, I Design & Build harnesses high‐tech tools to uphold speed and consistency. Investments in AI‐assisted machinery, digital workshops, and a robust end-to-end production chain ensure they meet tight deadlines without compromising quality. Their integrated model which combines design, fabrication, and installation, makes them highly responsive and adaptive, a hallmark praised by both clients and industry awards.

In parallel, I Design & Build is actively pursuing strategic investment partnerships to fuel its international growth and increase operational capacity.
